Dr. JK Naiyeju, JP, OON,PhD (Fin. Mgt), FCA, FCTI, FCIArb, FIMC, CFIP, FIoD (JKC President & Managing Consultant/CEO)
A Chartered Accountant, Tax Expert, Arbitrator and Forensic Professional of National and International repute. He graduated from the prestigious University of Lagos where he obtained his first and second degree in Business and Accounting in 1971 and 1982 respectively and later obtained his Doctoral degree, PhD in Financial Management from the Business University of Costa Rica (2017). He worked for about 32 years in the Federal Public Service where he rose to become the Executive Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) (1992-1999). He was later appointed Accountant-General of the Federation (1999-2005) where he transformed the Treasury and introduced many financial reforms. Along with other professionals, he pioneered the consulting company where he is presently the President and Chief Executive since 2005 to date. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow and Past President of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitration of Nigeria. Fellow of Chartered Institute of Forensic and Investigative Professionals both in Nigeria and New Jersey. He was honored with a national award of Officer of the Order of Niger (OON) in 2005 and a Justice of Jerusalem Pilgrim in 2003. Presently, he is the President, Managing Consultant/CEO of JK Consulting Co. Ltd.
Dr. Y.S. Adetula

Dr. Adetula is a graduate of Accountancy. He also holds a Post-Graduate degree in Economics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Business Development before he obtained Doctorate degree in International Finance. He has over 20 years working experience and has worked with Auditing firms, Banks, Oil and Gas Servicing Companies before joining JK Consulting Company Limited. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Administration and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. Dr. Adetula is an Executive Director of the Company.
Mrs. M. A. Alatishe-Balogun, FCCA, FCA, FCTI
Non- Executive Director
She is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a seasoned Tax Expert who specializes in Auditing, Oil and Gas Accounting and Taxation. She had her professional accounting training in Olatunde Ayoola & Co., Chartered Accountants (1965-1969) and in England (1969-1975) before she later joined the Federal Inland Revenue Service from 1976 to 2004 after heading the Petroleum Oil and Gas Tax Department for Several years. She teamed up with other professionals to give birth to JK Consulting Co. Ltd., where she is presently a Director in the Company.
Ms. Olajumoke Simplice, B.Sc (Econs), FCTI, AICEN

Ms. Simplice is a seasoned Tax Expert who specializes in International Taxation, Revenue Accounting and Tax Audit Practices. She is a graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Over the years, she has held several positions in the Institute such as Executive and Council member, Chairman Annual Tax Conference, Chairman Social Members Welfare Committee and Past President of the Institute (2019-2021). She is currently a Principal Tax Consultant and a Director of JK Consulting Co. Ltd.
Alh. Idris Gatumbwa Mamman, B.Sc.(Accounting), FCA, FCMA, FCEN

Idris Gatumbwa, was employed in the Federal Civil Service in 1986 at the World Bank assisted Southern Borno Agricultural Development Project. Between 1988 and 1989 he was at the World Bank/ADB assisted Forestry Management Environmental & Coordinating Unit (FORMECU) in Ibadan, Oyo State. Between 1990 and 1991 he was at the Afforestation Project Coordinating Unit (APCU) Kano. In 1992 he returned to FORMECU as Financial Adviser, a position he held till 1995. In 1996 he resumed as the Financial Controller at the Federal Capital Territory, World Bank assisted Agricultural Development Project and remained there till 1999. From 1999 – 2002 he was Director of Finance at the Federal Superphosphate Fertilizer Company Limited, Kaduna. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Corporate Executives of Nigeria, The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Mr. Innocent Chinyere Ohagwa BSc. Accounting, MBA, FCA, FCTI, CISA (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Ohagwa, a product of Government College, Umuahia and is a 2nd Class Upper Division graduate in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He also has a Master in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano.
A trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the then firm of Akintola Williams & Co Chartered Accountants, Lagos. He has worked with Century Merchant Bank Limited and Mukhtari Dangana & Co. Chartered Accountants, Kano before joining the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
Mr. Innocent C. Ohagwa is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). In 2017, he qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and became a member of The Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) of USA. In 2013, he was awarded a certificate of completion of the Comparative Tax Policy and Administration Programme, of Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive Education, Massachusetts, USA. Since joining FIRS, he has worked across various Divisions and Departments within the Service and headed several offices, some of which are Head – Criminal Tax Investigation Department, Regional Coordinator, Regional Director, Director – Technical at the Head Office, Director – Special Tax Audit Lagos, Director – Human Capital Management Department, amongst others;
Mr. Innocent C. Ohagwa, was the immediate past Coordinating Director, General Services Group of Federal Inland Revenue Service, Abuja and is currently the Deputy Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Non-Executive Director of JK Consulting Co. Ltd.
Mr. Vincent Odafen, BSc. (Econs.), ACA, LL.B, B.L, LL.M

Mr. Vincent Odafen is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, Nigeria where he obtained his BSc. in Economics. He further proceeded to the Baze University in Abuja for his Bachelor and Master of Laws degrees (LL.B & LL.M). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Taxation and a qualified stock broker in the Nigerian Stock Exchange. His wealth of experience of over 40 years span across the areas of law, banking, finance, audit and taxation. During his time in the public service, he has worked across various divisions and departments within the service and headed several offices. He is a very active advocate of good governance, global democracy, and healthy living. Currently, he is one of JKC Non-Executive Directors.
Mr. Benjamin C. Nwanze, B.Sc (Acctg.), FCA,

Mr. Benjamin holds a BSc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He was trained in Akin Taiwo and Co. (Chartered Accountants) in Lagos before taking up a career in banking between 1991 and 1999. He joined the Public Service in 2000 and went on to work with the World Bank between 2004 and 2013. His experience spans over 19 years across different sector in the public service, predominantly in Financial Management and Analysis, Risk-Based Audit, Internal Control, Financial Control, Tracking Action Plans, Budgeting, Specialized and Investigative Audits, Value for Money Audits, Team Management to mention but a few. Presently, he is engaged as the General Manager of JK Consulting Co. Ltd.
Mr. Kenneth Oghenevbogaga Akpomedaye

K.O. Akpomedaye holds a B.Sc in Accounting. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance Option. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also a member of the Certified Forensic Accountants of Nigeria. He retired as an Assistant Director from the Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation having served for 35 years. While there, he served as the Project Officer for the World Bank-Assisted Programme, Economic Reforms and Governance Project (ERGP) and carried out the audit of several MDAs. He is a Public Financial Management Expert and currently engaged as the Assistant General Manager with JK Consulting Co. Ltd.

Mr. Oyewole is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, a fellow member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He attended Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, where he obtained MBA degree in Business management. He devoted his time to public sector Accounting/ Finance in the Federal Treasury where he retired as Deputy Director. Currently, he is an Assistant General Manager with JK Consulting Co. Ltd.

Miss Ochanya Anne Okpe is a Financial Consultant at JK Consulting Co. Ltd. She is a graduate of the University of Wollongong in Dubai. She has a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and she is an ACCA Qualified Accountant. She has previously worked as an Accounts and Audit trainee in an accounting firm in Abuja. Afterwards, she worked as a Finance and Admin Officer at an ICT, Engineering and Home Automation Company before joining JK Consulting Co. Ltd.

Bilqis is a young, dedicated and goal oriented IT Professional. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Second Class Upper Division from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is a Member of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN). She started her career as an IT Support Officer before joining JK Consulting Co. Ltd. Bilqis is data analytics enthusiast with an interest in analyzing and interpreting data to drive successful business outcomes. Presently, she is the Special Assistant to the President & Managing Consultant/CEO and she has been delegated an oversight function of the Head of ICT, to act in that capacity.
Miss Gloria Atinuke Awolala, BSc., MSc.(Computer Science)

Gloria holds a BSc. and MSc. in Computer Science. A Data Analytics and Software Engineering Expert. She is vast in both computer hardware and software skills. Before joining JKC, she worked as a lecturer in Ondo State College of Health Technology Akure, in the Department of Pharmacy Technician. She also lectured in the Department of Computer Science, All -States College of Education in Affiliation with Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State. Presently, she is one of the ICT Consultants of the Company and the Technical Assistant to the Executive Director.

Chiamaka is a graduate of Accounting from University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN). She is a young up and coming professional who interned at Office of Accountant General of the Federation before joining JK Consulting Co. Ltd. Currently, she is one the Trainee Financial Consultants with the Company.
